These pieces started with a book I found when volunteering at a sustainability event in NYC. What I found inside was impossible to put down: 19th-century botanical illustrations of roses, intricate and full of feeling. I'm a Colombian designer, and flowers have always been my first language. I knew immediately I wanted to spend time with these drawings. To hold them. To bring them forward.

Each piece reinterprets those illustrations in bold, graphic form. Hand-painted and produced in small batches, with the slight variation that comes with the process. Designed to live on your wall or your table, an heirloom to pass on.
